TIM TIPPS APPROVED BY FHA
Tim Tipps, GAA, CG-2606 recently received approval from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to perform appraisals of residential properties for Federal Housing Authority (FHA) loans. Tipps has been a certified general appraiser since 2002 that performs a valuation services over a variety of property types, including commercial, development, and residential purposes. Tipps also provides services for conventional home financing, estate planning, and appraisal reviews.

TIPPS EARNS APPRAISAL DESIGNATION
Tim Tipps has earned the General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designation from the Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors.
Tipps, an appraiser since 1997, holds membership in the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors.
The GAA designation is awarded on an ongoing basis throughout the year and recognizes a high level of professionalism and commitment to the industry.
