Appraisal Certification – State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, State of Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission holding certificate #CG-2606. Initial certification received October 2002.
Appraisal Experience – Served as a Public Member of the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission from 1992 until 1995. Served as Executive Director of the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission from 1995 until 1997. Conducted appraisal researches and participated in preparation of appraisals on real property of all types across Tennessee within the past ten years. Majority of real estate appraisals have been performed on residential, commercial, and development properties.
Banking Experience – Has served as a lender, bank officer, and branch manager for 4 different financial institutions over a period of 15 years. Majority of experience has been performed in consumer and commercial lending. Completed numerous seminars in bank management, lending, credit appraisal, and technology. Performed in-house real estate and personal property appraisals for a number of years. Real estate appraisals have been performed on residential and small retail, commercial, and agricultural properties. Most of the personal property appraisals have been performed on automobiles, retail and commercial fixtures, furniture, equipment and machinery.

Instructor and guest lecturer on real estate appraisal rules and regulations for the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, American Society of Appraisers, and International Association of Assessing Officers.
Real Estate Education Summary – Completed in excess of 225 classroom hours of instruction on real estate appraisal qualifying education approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission and Appraiser Qualifications Board for pre-certification. In addition to the foregoing, the appraiser has completed in excess of 400 hours of education on topics related to real estate and finance. Moreover, the appraiser exceeds the continuing education requirements established by the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission.
